Fun Pink Strawberry Lemonade Martini Recipe
Hosting a girl's night out? Maybe you are hosting a Stella and Dot party and need a fun pink martini to go along with a fabulous girls night. Or you attended a Stella and Dot party and now you want that awesome Stellatini recipe! This great martini recipe is fast and simple.
All you need is Trader Joe's Strawberry lemonade, Sprite and Vodka to make this perfect pink concoction!

Trader Joe's Strawberry Lemonade
Sprite
Vodka
For each jug of Lemonade, add 2 cups of Sprite and 2 cups of Vodka. Adjust for taste.
Add pink sugar around the rim by adding a couple of drops of red food coloring to plain white sugar.
Need a Non-Alcohol Version?
For each 1/2 gallon of lemonade, add 2 cups of Sprite. Adjust for taste!
Strawberry Lemonade Recipe
If you would like to make your own strawberry lemonade, this recipe from Emeril is sure to please!
Ingredients
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
2 cups cold sparkling water or club soda
Ice
Mint sprigs, garnish
Whole strawberries, garnish
Directions
In a medium saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves. Add the lemon peel and lemon juice, stir, and remove from the heat. Let cool completely, then strain into a clean pitcher.
In a blender, puree the pint of strawberries and add to the pitcher with the lemon juice. Stir well to combine and refrigerate until well chilled.
Add the sparkling water and stir well. Pour over glasses filled with ice and serve, garnished with mint and strawberries.
Dirty Dottie Martini Dip
For a Stella and Dot party, complete the theme with this Dottie Martini Dip!
Dottie's Marinated Martini Dirty Olives
1 cup pimiento-stuffed green olives
2 Tablespoons gin
2 Tablespoons vermouth
1 Tablespoon of the olive brine from the pimiento-stuffed green olives
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
5 (1/4-inch wide) strips lemon peel, each about 3-inches long
Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive dish and cover tightly. Allow olives to marinate at least 2 to 3 hours or up to 4 days in the refrigerator. (If you are only marinating them for a few hours, leave the olives in the marinade at room temperature.)
Yield: 1 cup olives
Dottie's Dirty Martini Olive Dip
Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
6 slices deli bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
5 ounces of Dottie's Marinated Martini Dirty Olives, drained & chopped
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients together.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
May be made up to 2 days ahead.
